Google Business Profile is a free service that every small business owner should know about and use. Through Google Business Profile, we can control the information displayed for your business across all of Google’s services. If you make any changes to your business information, like moving locations or changing hours of operation, we can update your Google Business Profile to automatically update that information automatically everywhere.

Google Business Profile has two sections. The INFO section of your business profile is where basic info is posted, including your business name, address, phone number, website, and hours. If any of this changes, permanently or temporarily, we can update the information and it will update across all Google platforms, including Google Maps, Google Reviews, and Google Search.
The DASHBOARD section provides the ability to include photos of your products or services and product updates. It has the ability to schedule appointments and track calls and messages that come to your business. Your profile also includes a dynamic analytics dashboard that provides comprehensive information about your audience, how they found you, and what search terms were used to find you.
